Built the full public portfolio site plus a password-gated admin dashboard where Wilfred self-manages portfolio, models, build log, events, testimonials, a private clients tracker, materials inventory (with low-stock alerts + one-tap +1/-1 logging), and print-ready invoices — all from his phone. Shipped live in time for Blade Show.

Full production platform for a Bay Area BaT consignment shop. 4-tier role hierarchy (super-admin / admin / employee / guest), Supabase auth + RLS, hardened edge functions with JWT verification, 15-stage consignment pipeline, live Google Sheets integration, vehicle inventory, sales tracking ($3.15M revenue), employee scheduling, follow-up automation, and ApexCharts analytics. Production-hardened with CSP, HSTS, admin approval flow, and in-app role management. Wilfred self-manages Portfolio, In-Shop builds, Archive, Build Log, Events, Testimonials, a private Clients tracker (specs, materials, hours, money, timeline, blems, reference photos), and a Materials inventory with +1/-1 quick-log + low-stock alerts — from laptop or phone. Under the hood: Supabase auth + RLS, localStorage + JSON export/import as offline fallback, debounced two-way cloud sync, drag-drop image paste with client-side resize-to-1400px, print-ready invoice generator (auto PC-YYYY-#### numbers + PAID stamp), 4-theme system with cross-tab sync, and full mobile table-to-card responsive overhaul with 44×44px touch targets.
